Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement before they are shipped.
  • A 12.5% processing fee applies to all cancellations to cover administrative and transaction costs.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return & Refund

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:
✅ The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✅ A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
✅ Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item.

🔹Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used lawn care products.
  • Installed edging or related accessories.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

    Return Process

    1️⃣ Contact us at theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and reason for return.
    2️⃣ Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
    3️⃣ Ship the item back using a tracked shipping service at your expense (for voluntary returns).
    4️⃣ Once received, your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.


    Restocking Fee

    • A $59 restocking fee applies to returns due to change of mind, incorrect orders, or preference for another product.
    • This fee covers initial packing, handling, and administrative costs.
    • No restocking fee applies to returns due to damaged or incorrect items.

    Return Shipping Costs

    • If the return is due to damage, defects, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If returning due to a change of mind or incorrect order selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at theteam@customersupport.care Include:
    📌 Your order number.
    📌 Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

    We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.


    Order Not Received

    If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us we will:
    📦 Investigate the shipping status with the courier.
    📦 Provide an update or offer a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).
