Prices and ordering

Prices are in New Zealand dollars. Check the selected product, size, pack and quantity before paying. The basket shows goods, any accepted discount, delivery and the total. The valued-customer code discounts goods by 15%; delivery is not discounted.

We may contact you if stock, an address or an apparent listing error prevents fulfilment. If an order cannot be supplied, we will discuss the available remedy and refund any payment due. An automated receipt confirms payment details; it is not a dispatch notification.

Product use

Compare the product specification with your intended use and follow the supplied instructions. Photos may show garden settings and props that are not supplied. Check for buried services before ground work and use suitable protective equipment.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable New Zealand law.

Contact us first with your order reference and the outcome you seek. We will investigate the issue and work with you on an appropriate response. Your access to statutory complaint and dispute processes remains available.
